You will be picked up from your hotel around 9 o’clock in the morning. Around 4 o’clock in the afternoon you will be back at your hotel.

In the meantime, we take you to a local foodmarket, where we’ll buy the ingredients we use this day. At the market we will tell you about the different foods that or on offer. One of the women working at the market will tell about her business. Ofcourse, you can ask her and us anything about the market and the things you see there.

When we’re back, we’ll show you how to prepaire the local dish.

Back at our place, it’s time to get ready. We have aprons for you, to protect your clothes from getting dirty and to get into the spirit of cooking. We’ll show you everything that needs to be done and give you the change to try or do it yourself.

And offcourse we’re going to enjoy the food once it’s ready!

Besides cooking, you will be offered different local (non-alcoholic) drinks. We like to talk with you about our and your culture. In this way we hope we can learn from each other.
